Remote Refrigeration Systems are split systems with an indoor or outdoor condensing unit (Condensing unit is a single compressor system with a condenser coil and a compressor, used for individual walk-in coolers or freezers​) that works similar to the central air conditioning unit that sits outside your home. These can be placed on the roof of the walk in cooler or freezer, the roof of your building, or next to your building on a the wall with a platform to hold it up. Because of that flexibility of location it can help you effectively manage the heat and noise generated by the refrigeration system inside your establishment.

Evaporator is the second item which is part of the split system, these are the fans inside the walk-in cooler or freezer which in simple terms blow the cold air and takes the heat from inside the walk-in cooler and freezer and dissipates it to the condensing unit.
